Larry Bird is a former American professional basketball player, a former coach, and former executive who served as President of Basketball Operations for the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Bird earned the MVP consecutively for the 1983-84 and 1984-85 seasons scoring a career-high and franchise record 60 points against Atlanta Hawks.
