In season four Marcel would again join forces with Klaus and his revived family in order to stop the Hollow. Later, Klaus goes to see Marcel and tells him that he's really not his enemy. In Haunter of Ruins, Marcel went to Vincent to learn more about the new threat Vincent believed could destroy New Orleans. Marcel thanks him for the honesty and tells Klaus that his meeting with the humans is in an hour. Marcel and Rebekah take Tyler to their dungeon. In Wheel Inside the Wheel, Marcel has resumed the search for Elijah and doesn't get any updates.
